Equipment Hire Terms & Conditions

Any individual willing to hire equipment must accept the terms and conditions as stated in this agreement.
Individuals must have a valid UK home address.
The lessee will be subject to ID checks - this is a valid passport or driving license.
The address stated on the form of identification provided must match the UK home address provided in the lease.
Any individual who wishes to hire equipment is automatically assumed to have read and understood these terms and conditions.
Domestic customers only.
If the individual is hiring any equipment that requires the 2-stroke petrol & oil mix - this mix must be purchased at the time of hire - sold by Jscapes equipment hire. Otherwise, the hire cannot take place under no circumstances.
The individual hiring the equipment is required to pay a £50 holding deposit which is returned after hire.
These terms and conditions are governed by Uk law.
