General Questions

  • We cover all areas of Worcestershire, parts of Herefordshire and Gloucestershire.

  • We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. However, this may vary with public holidays and seasonal working hours.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash and BACS payments. Cheques are not accepted.

  • Throughout peak periods we recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance.

  • This is entirely at your discretion. We have a range of programmes to suit your needs. This could be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly.

  • The price of works can vary and be dependent upon a range of factors. For a tailored quote contact the team today.

  • In accordance with our waste license all green waste is processed via our waste partner in which composting takes place.


Services

  • If this is the case then please do not hesitate to contact the team in which someone will assist you.

  • Yes, we are licensed by the Environment Agency and are able to remove garden waste after works have been completed.

  • For weeding and other garden jobs such as planting this can be whenever the client requires us. Lawn cuts are often carried out on a two-week basis with some variation. The maximum time between cuts is 4 weeks, otherwise, additional charges may apply.

  • This is entirely your preference the team can complete works with or without you at home or on-site.


Equipment Hire

  • Unfortunately, we have a limited selection at the moment but further pieces should be added soon.

  • We can deliver equipment however additional charges will apply. We will not deliver equipment any further than 15 miles from our base.

  • Yes a deposit is required and this will vary according to the piece of equipment you hire.

  • We aim to process all deposits within 48 hours of equipment being returned. Following inspection we will authorise the release of your deposit.

    Please note it may take up to 7 working days before this arrives back into your account.

  • Unfortunately due to our work load we are unable to offer same day delivery. However we may be able to offer collection.
